How plants and cuttings are packed
Cuttings are freshly cut and wrapped in moist sphagnum moss, which keeps them hydrated for the journey. Rooted plants are packed carefully so they arrive in good shape.
Unpack your parcel as soon as it arrives. Pot or root your cutting within a few days, and keep it out of direct sun while it settles in. Our care guides explain how.
Ordering in cold weather? Live plants don't like the cold. If you're not sure whether to order now or wait, write to me first and we'll find a good day to ship.
If something arrives damaged
Take a photo of the parcel and the plant, and email it with your order number to [email protected] as soon as you can. Complaints are handled as described in our Terms & Conditions.
